Gastronomic Adventures is an exciting program of gourmet short courses presented by TAFE SA’s finest food lecturers at the Regency International Centre.
We have courses for every taste covering fermented condiments and beverages, curing and smoking meat, cheese making, the art of sous vide and a wide selection of bakery courses to mention just a few. We even have courses for kids.
Our guest chef series continues in 2020 with workshops by Terry Intarakhamhaeng from Soi 38, Lachlan Colwill from Hentley Farm and Kane Pollard from Topiary.
