Gastronomic Adventures is an exciting program of gourmet short courses presented by TAFE SA’s finest food lecturers at the Regency International Centre.

From cheese making to French pastry, novelty cake toppers to Easter baking and cheese and beer matching, there’s something for everyone. We even have courses just for kids.

In 2019 we are introducing our Industry Guest Chef Series featuring leading South Australia chefs Cheong Liew, Jock Zonfrillo, Sam Christopher and Terry Intarakhamhaeng.

Important Information

Booking Conditions

  • Full payment is required to secure a booking
  • Places cannot be held in reserve
  • TAFE SA reserves the right to alter or cancel a class without notice.If the class is cancelled a full refund will be provided.
  • Dietary requirements cannot be accommodated in all classes

For safety reasons, everyone entering a kitchen during the class will need to abide by the following rules:

  • Closed-in low-heeled shoes – thongs, sandals and open shoes will not be allowed
  • Hair must be tied back
  • No jewellery to be worn
  • Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and the coordinator has the right to remove participants from the class.

The Kids Kitchen

School holiday fun with action packed classes for the budding chefs of the future.

All classes will involve the preparation of a range of sweet and savoury dishes and will be taught by professional chefs in our world-class training facilities. All prepared food will be available to be taken home, unless consumed beforehand.
