Centres of Excellence
TAFE SA is leading the Centre of Excellence in Early Childhood Education, and the National Security TAFE Centre of Excellence, joint initiatives between the Australian Government and the South Australian Government.
Through the National Skills Agreement, the Australian Government and state and territory partners have established nationally networked TAFE Centres of Excellence to build a skilled workforce for priority industries.
TAFE SA plays a key role in this initiative, collaborating with industry and education partners to deliver innovative, future-focused training in Early Childhood Education and Care and National Security.
The TAFE SA Centre of Excellence in Early Childhood Education and Care is a national leader in vocational education and training (VET), dedicated to building a skilled, inclusive, and culturally responsive workforce that supports children, families, and communities across Australia.
The National Security TAFE Centre of Excellence builds knowledge, skills, and processes to develop Australia’s sovereign capability and ensure its capacity to build sovereign manufacturing, digital and technology capabilities, and enhance and protect Australia’s national security.
We acknowledge the traditional owners of the lands on which TAFE SA stands.
