Description
What's it all about?
Join us for a hands-on cooking class that brings traditional Spanish recipes to life. Discover the rich flavours of the Mediterranean as you prepare a dinner party-style Paella using fresh, local ingredients.
Learn to prepare a version with seafood and meat, and a vegan-friendly alternative featuring authentic, plant-based Spanish flavours.
Under the guidance of our expert chef, you'll learn essential techniques including vegetable preparation and seafood handling, before cooking your Paella together in true Spanish style.
To finish on a sweet note, you'll create your very own creamy Basque cheesecake - baked to perfection and ready to impress.
