Commercial Cookery

Ross studied a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while working as a kitchen hand at Georges on Waymouth. While at TAFE SA, he won first place in the South Australian Training Awards for school-based apprentice of the year, and went on to represent SA at the national awards.
