Calling all Growing Gourmets aged 7 to 12 years old! Join us for some school holiday fun and learn to make either sweet or savoury dishes.
All classes will involve the preparation of a range of sweet and savoury dishes and will be taught by professional chefs in our world-class training facilities. All prepared food will be available to be taken home, unless consumed beforehand.
Participants in ‘The Kids Kitchen’ will be divided into age groups (numbers permitting) for their classes. The Growing Gourmets Kids Kitchen classes are for children aged 7-12 years.
Classic Italian - Lamb Ragu pasta, Potato rosemary pizza, Kids tiramisu
Tiny Tasty Sweet Treats - Mini chocolate banoffee pies and mini apple and cinnamon loaves. You will learn how to make chocolate pastry, chocolate caramel filling, rich butter cakes topped with apple and cinnamon and a spiced honey cream.
A taste of India - Learn some of India’s famous dishes including vegetable samosas, yoghurt raita dip, butter chicken and pilau rice with coconut, almond and sultana.
