Join us for some action packed cooking classes for budding chefs of the future.
All classes will involve the preparation of a range of sweet and savoury dishes and will be taught by professional chefs in our world-class training facilities. All prepared food will be available to be taken home, unless consumed beforehand.
Participants in ‘The Kids Kitchen’ will be divided into age groups (numbers permitting) for their classes. The Masterclass Kids Kitchen classes are for children aged 13-16 years.
“scusami” – the Italian connection - In this session you will have the opportunity to make your very own authentic simple Italian artisan margherita pizza to start, pizza dough and all, followed by the joy of making your own handmade pasta including linguine and a delicious ravioli. To finish a classic Italian panna cotta “cooked cream’ with spring fruits.
Tapas Bar - Gazpacho Melon, Tomato bread, Patatas Bravas with Garlic sauce, Croquettes de Jamon (ham & cheese croquettes), Tortilla de patatas (Spanish potato tortilla) with Romesco and white anchovy.
Cooking like a professional chef TODAY!! 3 course meal coming straight up - Entrée: Fried chicken, pickle (onion cucumber carrot), ginger caramel. Main: Sirloin Steak with Pomme puree, Green vegetable, Jus. Dessert: Chocolate mousse, Raspberry coulis and Chocolate soil.
