Regency International Centre is a world-class facility that delivers training in cookery, hospitality, bakery, butchery, fitness & tourism and food processing. In addition, it proudly boasts a state-of-the-art brewery, cheese-making facility, coffee academy and winery, and runs industry-based courses through these facilities. The centre also includes training facilities such as Graduates Restaurant and Results Cafe. Students receive training either on campus, in industry, or through our online programs.

Gastronomic Adventures is an exciting program of gourmet short courses presented by TAFE SA’s finest food lecturers at the Regency International Centre.
From cheese making to French pastry, novelty cake toppers to Easter baking and cheese and beer matching, there’s something for everyone. We even have courses just for kids.
