Regency International Centre is a world-class facility that delivers training in cookery, hospitality, bakery, butchery, fitness & tourism and food processing. In addition, it proudly boasts a state-of-the-art brewery, cheese-making facility, coffee academy and runs industry-based courses through these facilities.
The centre also includes training facilities such as Graduates Restaurant and Results Cafe.
Students receive training either on campus, in industry, or through our online programs.
The Regency International Centre (RIC) features three training restaurants that are open to the public:
RIC also has its own coffee academy and the Artisan Cheese Making Academy Australia - the country’s only training academy dedicated to artisan cheese.
