Our Wine and Spirits School brings together a range of professional short courses for people working in the growing wine, viticulture and restaurant scene, as well as those with a personal interest in wine and spirits.

Delivered by industry experts, our courses aim to develop comprehensive product knowledge and tasting skills, covering the significant wines and wine regions of the world. 

You will discover courses from the prestigious Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) to the Barossa Wine School, and everything in between.

Established in 1969 for the UK wine trade, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) has since grown to become the global industry leader in training and education for wine professionals.

TAFE SA is an Approved Program Provider for WSET courses, providing you with industry leading, globally recognised education. 

WSET Asia Pacific Limited has established the WSET Asia Pacific Student Bursary Fund to help potential students who would otherwise be unable to take a WSET qualification. Bursaries will be available for Level 1 – 3 WSET qualifications.
