Description
WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?
Quality plays a vital role in the success of logistics, transport, warehousing, and supply chain operations. Consistent processes and quality assurance practices help organisations improve efficiency, reduce errors, meet customer expectations, and maintain compliance with workplace and regulatory requirements. As supply chains become increasingly complex, every team member has a role to play in achieving quality outcomes and supporting continuous improvement.
This short course provides practical knowledge and skills to apply quality procedures within logistics operations. You'll explore workplace quality systems, standards, inspection and reporting processes, corrective actions, and continuous improvement principles. You'll also learn how quality procedures contribute to operational performance, customer satisfaction, workplace safety and compliance.
By the end of the course, you'll be equipped to identify quality requirements, follow established procedures, recognise non-conformances, and contribute to maintaining and improving workplace quality systems.
