SHORT COURSE

Chain of Responsibility

Description

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

The transport and logistics industry plays a critical role in keeping goods moving safely and efficiently across Australia. Under Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation, everyone involved in transport activities has a duty to help manage safety risks, not just drivers.

This short course provides a practical introduction to Chain of Responsibility requirements and how they apply in the workplace. You'll explore the legal obligations of CoR duty holders, learn how to identify and manage transport related risks, and discover strategies to support safe and compliant operations across the supply chain.

Through real world examples and practical applications, you'll gain the knowledge needed to contribute to safer workplaces, reduce operational risks, and support industry best practice.
