Description

This skill set provides the basic skills, knowledge and understanding on what it is like to start a career in the baking industry.

Students will develop skills in producing a variety of pastry, cake, sponge, and artisan products throughout the course. Basic computer skills are recommended to navigate the online learning platform and complete the knowledge and practical assessments for each accredited unit.

A bakers uniform and equipment set must be purchased prior to the course. Approximate cost for uniform is $102 & $315 for equipment. Further information on items required and where to purchase will be sent to students once registration is received.
