Description

Create an exciting career as a retail consultant or interior decoration adviser with this nationally recognised course. You will gain all the technical and practical skills you need whilst developing your own flair and design creativity. Learn how to work with clients to understand their design needs, research and recommend furnishings and accessories, and how to use colour and finishes to create enhanced interior spaces. You’ll also learn about working with associated professionals such as architects, builders, retailers, and interior designers, to help bring design projects to life.

  • Microsoft Project Student Licence (Cloud Base) $14.00 per month
  • Free Autodesk Student Licence is available on course registration for Revit and AutoCAD.

    This course includes planning and arranging space, interior styling, specifying finishes and furnishings and selection of colours. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 7 core units and 10 elective units.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
