Begin your screen and media career with this foundational qualification. You’ll develop a range of skills across design, 3D modelling, 2D animation and digital imaging. Attendance Requirements (subject to change)

  • You are encouraged to attend all classes which may be face to face, on-campus or as a virtual classroom.
  • Online delivery is over nine months with 1 day a week of online class attendance required.
  • Blended delivery is over six months with two days a week of either classroom based or online classes.

    Certificate III in Screen and Media (CUA31020)
    This Screen and Media foundation course prepares you for advanced study in design visual effects and post production. Learn skills in industry standard software; 3D Modelling (including MAYA), Photoshop and After Effects. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 3 core units and 8 elective units.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
