Managing apprenticeship studies

Ready Skills is a digital portal that supports all stages of an Apprenticeship or Traineeship. The system keeps administration and information in one place, where students, employers, parents/guardians and schools can login anytime to see the students’ progress towards gaining a qualification.

With Ready Skills, users can:

• review and sign training plans
• provide detailed information about classes before each semester (callups) to help with scheduling study and work time
• see progress with accessibility to look at student results
• use Profiling for some qualifications, where students submit on-the-job evidence of experience and skills which supports course completion

How to connect

The Apprentice & Trainee Administration team take care of setting-up your account. Keep an eye out for the ‘Your new account’ email, which will include information about logging in. Action the steps in the email and off we go.
