Plumbing: Build and repair systems that safely deliver and remove water, gas and waste

TAFE SA plumbing courses provide you with a pathway towards a plumbing or gas fitting licence. Licensed plumbers work on commercial, industrial and residential projects involving hot and cold water supply, gas pipes, hot water unit installations, underfloor and suspended plumbing drainage systems, roofing and stormwater installations.

Water Operations: Work with water distribution networks, reuse programs and wastewater treatment

A TAFE SA water operations course can prepare you for work with water utilities, water reuse schemes and wastewater treatment plants. You'll study methods and theory crucial to water operations, including the safe supply of drinking water, disinfection using chlorination and chloramination systems, aquifer recharge systems, aerobic wastewater treatment and water sampling.
