The Delivery of the Introduction to Hospitality (Cookery) will be a combination of practical based kitchen skills along with required theoretical knowledge that supports the unit requirements. A Blended Delivery model will be used to deliver the training at TAFE SA campus/other locations and may include a combination of face to face and online delivery.
