This workshop will be focussing on hot cross bun cooking and includes making the dough, allowing it to rise, cutting it to shape, 'crossing', baking and glazing.
The finished product has a reputation for being one of the tastiest buns around and is made from a secret recipe that has been used by the bakery studies program for many years.
You will produce traditional fruit Hot X Buns, choc chip Hot X Buns and a gourmet flavour.
