Value Adding Meat Products

Description

Come in to learn how to handle and sharpen a knife, prepare meat to make various value-added products - crumbed, marinaded, seasoned, pastry, skewered.

You will get the opportunity to taste and evaluate your products.

These skills will support you in gaining employment within the meat industry and lead onto further study into the Certificate II in Meat Processing (Meat Retailing) AMP20415 or Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) AMP30815.
