Come in to learn how to handle and sharpen a knife, grade meat for mince production and make various sausages (chicken, beef, lamb, pork) and associated products.
You will get the opportunity to taste and evaluate your products.
These skills will support you in gaining employment within the meat industry and lead onto further study into the Certificate II in Meat Processing (Meat Retailing) AMP20415 or Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) AMP30815.
