Description

Participants will gain skills and knowledge required to conduct customer contact operations. The course requires an understanding of organisational requirements, expectations, policies and procedures. It will cover identifying requirements of the customer contact role, managing personal performance, maintaining a professional approach to employment and participating in a workplace team.
