Join Chef Terry for a hands-on cooking class focused on real Thai technique. You’ll be guided through the foundations behind the dishes: how to build flavour, balance, and execute with intent.

This is more than recipes. It’s an understanding of the method, discipline, and detail that define the food at Soi 38.

  • Participants need to wear Non Slip shoes, full length pants. Participants to bring along own apron and containers to take food home. Hair nets will be provided.
