In this Tapas & Sangria-style cookery class, you’ll learn how to prepare simple yet bold Spanish dishes designed for sharing, using fresh ingredients and time-honoured techniques. The focus is on relaxed, hands-on cooking, efficient preparation, and creating food that brings people together.
Tapas cooking is as much about the experience as the food — lively, communal, and perfect for pairing with a refreshing jug of sangria.
