Bring Spain to life in your kitchen with this fun, hands-on Tapas & Sangria cooking class. Tapas are the heart of Spanish social dining — small, flavour-packed dishes made to be shared, enjoyed casually, and eaten together. A tapas table is all about variety, conversation and atmosphere, where no single dish takes centre stage and everyone helps themselves.

In this Tapas & Sangria-style cookery class, you’ll learn how to prepare simple yet bold Spanish dishes designed for sharing, using fresh ingredients and time-honoured techniques. The focus is on relaxed, hands-on cooking, efficient preparation, and creating food that brings people together.

Tapas cooking is as much about the experience as the food — lively, communal, and perfect for pairing with a refreshing jug of sangria.

  • Participants need to wear Non Slip shoes, full length pants. Participants to bring along own apron and containers to take food home. Hair nets will be provided.

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
