This session will explore Patisserie creativity with small indulgent cakes and a range of techniques to fill, texture, finish and decorate the masterpieces.

Join TAFESA's master Patisserie Chef Paul Herbig to discover how these tasty little desserts will impress your guests at your next dinner party.

  • Participants need to wear Non Slip shoes, full length pants. Participants to bring along own apron and containers to take food home. Hair nets will be provided.
