Description

Participants will develop the skills and knowledge required to deliver all aspects of customer services at an introductory level. It includes creating a relationship with customers, identifying their needs, delivering services or products and processing customer feedback.

  • Students must have basic literacy and numeracy skills and must be familiar with using a personal computer

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
