Customer Service Skills 4 - Visual Merchandising Training


This course covers the skills and knowledge required to follow organisational policies and procedures for safe work practice, receive and store retail stock, coordinate store visual merchandising activities and ensure adherence to organisational standards, policies and procedures for the display of merchandise.

  • Contribute to workplace health and safety (SIRXWHS002)

    Receive and handle retail stock (SIRRINV001)

    Coordinate visual merchandising activities (SIRRMER003)

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
