Customer Service Skills 3 - Retail Register and Security Training


This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to organise and prioritise individual work requirements, follow point-of-sale work systems, process transactions and complete sales, identify security risks related to customers, team members, merchandise and money, and take appropriate action, within scope of job role, to eliminate or minimise those risks.

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
