Customer Service Skills 2 - Building Customer Service Relations


This course covers the skills and knowledge required to build customer relationships, foster customer loyalty, solve customer problems and use techniques to deal with customer difficulties and work effectively in the retail environment by integrating knowledge of workplace rights and responsibilities, organisational policies and procedures into daily work activities.

  • Build customer relationships and loyalty (SIRXCEG003)

    Assist with customer difficulties (SIRXCEG002)

    Work effectively in a service environment (SIRXIND001)

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
