Customer Service Skills 1


This course covers skills and knowledge required to interact and communicate with a diverse range of customers to assist with basic enquiries and contribute to a service culture. Effective communication techniques are covered to help with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds, and to complete work as part of a team. Learn to communicate and work cooperatively with both peer and senior team members to contribute to the achievement of team goals and provide quality customer service and sell to retail customers by determining customer needs, matching products and services to their needs, and facilitating a sale.

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
