Pre-requisites- Be over 18 years of age
- Hold minimum of a current Australian Provisional Licence
- Provide own safety footwear
- Be able to read, write and understand English

It is mandatory that applicants provide ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPHIC evidence to ensure their identity is able to be confirmed prior to the issue of a High Risk Forklift Card e.g. driver’s license or passport.

Description

This unit specifies the outcomes required for the operation of a powered industrial truck equipped with a mast and an elevating load carriage to which is attached a pair of fork arms or other attachment, for licensing purposes. This definition also includes a truck on which the operator is raised with the attachment for order-picking.
