Get ready for Summer entertaining with Basque Pintxos. You will learn to create traditional Pintxos using ingredients such as chorizo, mussels, manchego, apple cider, prawns, smoked paprika, and green olives, as well as some of Northern Spain's tastiest sauces.

All items will be served during the session for tasting - so don't eat a big meal beforehand!
