This retail skill set offers comprehensive introductory training, designed to cultivate essential employability skills and provide you with invaluable insights into the dynamic retail industry. This course is focused on providing you with hands-on, practical training to ensure you're fully prepared to step into a retail role with confidence right from the start. Throughout this course, you'll learn important skills like creating appealing visual merchandise displays, managing point-of-sale terminals, and mastering essential customer service skills.
