Learn the fundamentals of vegan cooking in this evening short course, including an introduction to the use of nutritional yeast and aquafaba.
In this hands-on class you will create a 3-course meal full of delicious vegan dishes.
Dishes may include:
- Hummus with sumac spiced roast cauliflower and pomegranate molasses,
- ‘Cheesy’ mushroom bake,
- Eggless Meringue Eton Mess.
Make sure you bring a sense of adventure on the night!
Dress code: closed shoes, apron.
