This market research workshop covers an important link between the organisation and its customers. Participants will develop a basic understanding of practical research tools that, when applied, can help you better understand customer needs, opinions, and buying behaviours. This understanding will enable your organization to design improved offerings in the marketplace.
Upon completion of this course participants will develop a basic understanding of (step-by-step) market research, including:
- Research objectives
- Research methods including observations, focus groups, social media and surveys
- Presentation of research findings
