Description

Join us for this two-day short course where you will learn how to make the perfect butter short pastry and butter puff. We will teach you how to turn these pastries into an array of modern and classic tarts with delicious fillings.

During this course you will make a large range of pastries including ginger brulee tarts, glazed fruit tarts, chocolate tarts with mirror glaze, hazelnut and raspberry tarts, Parisienne flan and pecan pie.

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
