Operate Quad Bikes

Description

This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to operate and maintain quad bikes as well as load and unload them onto trailers or other vehicles used for their transport.

Working with quad bikes is an inherently dangerous activity. Individuals who work at this level are thoroughly instructed in all work health and safety aspects of operating quad bikes. Participants will undertake defined activities and provide solutions to a limited range of predictable problems.

Please wear suitable work clothing to operate the Quad Bike safely.

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
