Sneaky Pizzaiolo: pizza making with Ettore Bertonati, One Sneaky Cheetah.

Get a taste of Naples with Adelaide’s famous pizzaiolo, who’s won national recognition for his pizza-making skills at McLaren Vale’s Pizzateca and now with the many locations of One Sneaky Cheetah.

Learn how to create your own “starter” dough and get the best results in your home oven. Watch the expert of the 90 second pizza and there will also be a deep-fried version of the dish, called pizza montanara.

  • Additional Information
    Participants need to wear Non Slip shoes, full length pants. Participants to bring along own apron and containers to take food home. Hair nets will be provided.
