Description

Gain the skills you need to advance your career in the bottling and packaging sector of the wine industry. You will learn about food safety programs, quality systems and procedures, and occupational safety. Develop your technical skills and problem-solving ability as you learn.     This course covers the skills and knowledge required for operational workers in the wine industry with a focus on tasks related to bottling and packaging. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 4 core units and 15 elective units.
