Certificate II in Customer Engagement
You will learn basic computer technology, communication in the workplace, providing and promoting product and service information, maintaining customer records, data collection and providing quality customer service. 3 core units plus 6 electives.
Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
