Certificate II Program in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways (Air-conditioning and Refrigeration)
The course contains the underpinning knowledge and basic hand skills that will be viewed favourably by prospective employers of air-conditioning and refrigeration apprentices. This will involve integrated language, literacy and numeracy resources applied to the air-conditioning and refrigeration program. The course uses and integrated delivery and assessment methodology, whereby foundation skills are taught concurrently with vocation competencies from the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry. There is designated workshop time allocated to provide practical experience to ensure that the learning is relevant as well as a work placement in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry.

Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
