Description

The Certificate II provides students with the skills, knowledge and self-confidence necessary to make informed realistic choices about education or employment pathways. The course aims to develop a range of general literacy, communication, numeracy and employment skills as well as studies in a range of personal development subjects.

    This qualification covers internet use, Woman in Australia, basic mathematical operations, skills for study and communication. To complete the qualification you are required to complete all 9 core units and 3 elective units.

    Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.

    Fees

    The TAFE SA qualification is subsidised through the Government of South Australia's WorkReady initiative. To access subsidised training through WorkReady, your suitability to complete the qualification will be assessed. This may include participation in a Language, Literacy and Numeracy pre-assessment.
