Students who complete the Diploma of Food and Wine Management have the potential to take a leading role in the development and promotion of wine and food enterprises anywhere in the world or to develop specialist skills through further studies. Graduates of the course are working in the areas of: Cellar Door Sales, Wine marketing, Guest Management, Function management and Fine Wine Sales.

Diploma of Food and Wine Management
Skills covered include food production operations, biological science principles, sensory analysis, client relationships, workplace safety, regional foods, marketing and managing finances within a budget. 20 core units plus 3 electives.
Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency but not the full Qualification are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment.
