Education and training skills are in demand, with skill shortages in many areas. TAFE SA prepares education and community trainers with qualifications in a range of areas. Our programs ensure workplace trainers are qualified and able to design, implement and evaluate training practices. Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages

In a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) course, you will learn the skills needed to teach English as a second or foreign language. Demand is growing for English teachers around the world and TESOL graduates can pursue career opportunities in Australia or abroad.

TAFE SA library studies courses enable students to work in libraries, the information service area or other cultural institutions. You’ll learn how to provide customer service, support users of multimedia technology and use cataloguing tools. Other topics include understanding copyright requirements and workplace health and safety.
