Video: Virtual Enterprise

Students practice their business, retail and marketing skills by participating in our Simply Amazing Virtual Enterprise. This simulated enterprise sells virtual products across Australia to other virtual enterprises, replicating the real-world requirements for running a business. Watch the video to find out more about our students' experiences with simulated businesses.

Industry Partners

The visual merchandising program has strong links with the retail industry. We receive support from the following retailers:

  • Country Road
  • David Jones
  • Freedom Furniture
  • French Connection
  • Harris Scarfe
  • IKEA
  • Myer
  • Sportsgirl
  • Sussan
  • Wheel & Barrow
  • Witchery

Industry support is provided in the form of a work placement program. This is valuable to students as they get to work alongside industry professionals, many of whom have completed a Diploma of Visual Merchandising at TAFE SA. The possibility also exists for project work with other local retailers and businesses.
