VETRO referrals that are incomplete or submitted after the closing date will be identified as not meeting the eligibility criteria.  They will be closed off in the Skills & Employment portal unless the VETRO late application request is submitted and approved.

Please complete this form to request a VETRO referral to be considered past the closing date using the following guidelines:

• Incomplete existing referrals:
  Where referrals were lodged before the closing date, this form must submitted prior to 5pm, 10 business days after the closing date.

• Late referrals:
  This form must be submitted no later than 2 business days prior to the late referrals closing date (5pm on Friday of Term 1, week 1), and prior to lodging a Part A referral. 

Completion of this form does not guarantee that the request will be approved. Places are subject to availability. VETRO terms and conditions apply.

Existing referrals are only kept active after the intake close date when a student has experienced a significant set-back during the referral period and could not complete the VETRO requirements in the required timeframe.
