Description

Join us to master this French, Parisian classic.

Learn how to create a perfect pate a choux so you can produce this delicate pastry from your home kitchen.

This class will give you the knowledge and techniques to make a variety of choux products including eclairs, choux buns and mini Paris-brest.

Each choux product will be finished with a variety of modern and traditional fillings and decorating techniques.

  • Please wear neat casual clothes, with fully enclosed non-slip shoes. Long hair tied back. Please bring a container to take your food home with you.

    Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the listed start time of your selected course in the Regency International Centre main foyer.

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
