This course will delight participants with a range of demonstrations, hands on cooking and an interactive session of flavours with both classical and contemporary dishes of Spain and Basque.
From Paella to empanadas and churros to gazpacho, come and indulge in spice adventure.
What to bring: apron (can be supplied if required) and a container to take your food home with you.
Dress code: Non-slip closed-toe shoes, long sleeve shirt/top and long pants/skirt.
