Learn the secrets to making the perfect sourdough. In this course you will learn how to make a white sourdough, a traditional sourdough baguette and flavoured sourdoughs. You will also learn how to make sourdough with speciality whole grains, how to create and care for your own starter and how to get the most flavour out of it by using a retarder (fridge) and whole grains.
