This course is designed for food safety auditors who require formal microbiology training, or for those who want to expand their knowledge in this area. This short course will cover theoretical and practical microbiology and its application to the food industry. By completing this short course you will meet the national certification requirements relevant to the food industry.
Format: Participants will be required to attend a 5 day intensive workshop. Students will need to successfully complete practical components and an assignment to achieve competency in the unit.
