Preparing for Work as a Customer Service Operator


Participants will gain the skills and knowledge required to prepare for working in a customer engagement operations, including defining the requirements and expectations of the organisation.

Students may study from the week beginning 22 July and enrol anytime until Friday 8 November.

  • Students must have basic literacy and numeracy skills and must be familiar with using a personal computer

Short Course Delivery Locations Some short courses can provide accreditation for industry-specific registration, while others merely provide skills and knowledge in the subject area. Concession prices are available for some courses.
