Description

Puki Puki tampi'dlu, nartangka wapi'dlu, marnintya

Welcome, let us recognise the past, act in the present and build a better future

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

This interactive, three-hour workshop supports organisations at every stage of their Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) journey whether you're just starting out, strengthening an existing RAP or preparing to launch your next one.

A RAP provides a practical, strategic framework for taking meaningful action towards reconciliation. This workshop helps move organisations from intent to action, with a focus on authenticity, impact and long-term commitment.

Led by Ngarrindjeri woman Nicole Gollan, Founder and CEO of Nik&Co. Consultancy, this E-Hub workshop delivers culturally informed insights grounded in real-world experience alongside Indigenous communities.

WHO'S IT FOR?

Suitable for organisations at any stage of their RAP journey, including:

- Small to large businesses
- Corporates
- Government organisations
- Not-for-profits

It's designed for those seeking practical guidance to build, strengthen or elevate a RAP with clarity and confidence.

This course includes:

OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE

This culturally grounded workshop provides:

- Practical guidance for integrating co-design and RAPs

  • To be eligible to develop a RAP, organisations must be an Australian based workplace with employees and operational presence in Australia, in line with RAP requirements. This includes small businesses, large corporations, government departments and not-for-profit organisations. If your organisation meets these criteria and is committed to learning, reflection, and meaningful action toward reconciliation, this workshop will support you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
